These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on the EN TERRE D'ARGILE website.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are handmade ceramic creations.

As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, shape or size may exist compared to the photographs shown on the site. These variations do not constitute a defect.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes.

EN TERRE D'ARGILE reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of ordering.

4. Orders

Placing an order on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

An order confirmation is sent by email once payment has been confirmed.

5. Payment

Orders are paid for using the payment methods available on the site.

The order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided when the order was placed.

Delivery times are given as a guide only and may vary depending on the carrier or busy periods.

EN TERRE D'ARGILE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with legal requirements, customers have fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

8. Liability

EN TERRE D'ARGILE cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse of the products sold.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, photographs, illustrations, logo, etc.) is the exclusive property of EN TERRE D'ARGILE and may not be reproduced without prior authorisation.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal proceedings.
